In 1909,
after the resolution entitled "Crime Becker" dental tests carried out
a charred body in the fire at the German Legation in Chile, executed by the
then director of the School of Dentistry, Dr. Germán Valenzuela Basterrica,
allowed police to solve the mysterious case that jeopardized bilateral
relations between Chile and Germany, it was possible to clean up the image of
an innocent man and gave Justice the real culprit the mister Becker. Dr. German Valenzuela Basterrica (1864-1922) was
the most important in the history of Chile, for his contribution in the Becker
case dentist. Dental study in France and thanks to his contribution in the
Becker case, could establish the new dental office in Chile, contributing to
public health in Chile. I like this character, since in years when dentistry
was not as admired as general medicine Dr.German use odontological forensic
